Description
This course explores the principles, methodologies, and tools used in managing software projects from initiation to deployment. Students will learn how to plan, execute, monitor, and close software projects while balancing scope, time, cost, and quality. Real-world case studies and tools such as Gantt charts, Kanban boards, and project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project) will be used to simulate project scenarios. Prerequisites: COMP 3322. You must have earned 60 credit hours before registering for this course.
